Recovery console is a crash recovery environment provided by Microsoft. This tool is used for recovering from system crashes. By default when in this environment you cannot copy file on a floppy this tweak will allow you to copy file to the floppy.
Steps for applying this Tweak
- open your registry
- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Setup\RecoveryConsole
- create or modify dword value called SetCommand
- set the Value of "Set Command" accordingly
- 0 to restrict floppy access
- 1 to allow floppy access
