this tweak allows you to reboot the system by pressing shift + ctrl + alt + delete. This procedure is called quick reboot.
 Operating System Windows 2000 / XP / 2003
- Open your registry
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
- create a new string value or modify the existing string value called EnableQuickReboot
- Set the EnableQuickReboot's value as 1
- restart your windows for setting to take effect
