Recovery console is a tool provided by Microsoft to recover from system crashes. When you reboot your system and go to recovery console by default it will ask for an administrative logon. This tweak will allow you to skip the logon part and directly go to recover console

Steps for applying this Tweak
- open registry
- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Setup\RecoveryConsole
- create or modify dword key by the name of SecurityLevel
- set it value to 0 to enable password and set it to 1 to disable password
