Remove Properties from My computer

This setting hides Properties on the context menu for My Computer. If you enable this setting, the Properties option will not be present when the user right-clicks My Computer . Likewise, Alt-Enter does nothing when My Computer is selected. This tweak is Important from security consideration as property page of windows contains various powerful setting them wrongly can even crash the system. So best thing is to disable properties option.
Steps for applying this Tweak
- Open your Registry
- Go to one of the following location
- For changes to occur for current user
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ Explorer
- For change to occur for all users
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ Explorer
- Create or Modify if exists Dword value called "NoPropertiesMyComputer"
- set value as 0 to disable Or 1 to Enable this Tweak.
- restart windows or logout for setting to take effect.
