 Prevent changing wallpaper

This tweak will disable the switching of wallpaper. when you will go to display properties their option under wallpaper would be grayed out.
Steps for applying this Tweak
open your registry
Go to one of the following location
- for changes to occur for current user
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\ActiveDesktop
- For changes to occur for all users
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\ActiveDesktop\
create or modify dword value called "NoChangingWallPaper"
Set its value to 0 for disable or 1 to enable this tweak.
restart window for setting to take effects
