 Hide change or remove page from add/remove program

Removes the Change or Remove Programs button from the Add or Remove Programs bar. As a result, users cannot view or change the attached page. The Change or Remove Programs button lets users uninstall, repair, add, or remove features of installed programs

Open Your Registry
Go to one of the following location
- For change to apply on current user
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Uninstall
- For Change to apply on all user
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Uninstall
Create or modify dword called "NoRemovePage"
set value as 0 to disable or 1 to enable this tweak
restart or logout windows for setting to take effect.
