This tweak Prevents users from using Add or Remove Programs. This tweak removes Add or Remove Programs from Control Panel and removes the Add or Remove Programs item from menus. add or Remove Programs lets users install, uninstall, repair, add, and remove features and components of Windows 2000 Professional and a wide variety of Windows programs. Programs published or assigned to the user appear in Add or Remove Programs.

Steps for applying this Tweak

• Open Your Registry
• Go to one of the following location
  • For change to apply on current user
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Uninstall
  
  
  • For Change to apply on all user
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Uninstall

• Create or modify dword called "NoAddRemovePrograms"
• set value as 0 to disable or 1 to enable this tweak
• restart or logout windows for setting to take effect.
