This tweak lets you Removes the Add New Programs button from the Add or Remove Programs bar. As a result, users cannot view or change the attached page. The Add New Programs button lets users install programs published or assigned by a system administrator

Steps for applying this Tweak

• Open Your Registry
• Go to one of the following location
  • For change to apply on current user
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Uninstall
  
  
  • For Change to apply on all user
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Uninstall

• Create or modify dword called "NoAddPage"
• set value as 0 to disable or 1 to enable this tweak
• restart or logout windows for setting to take effect.
