This tweak Removes the Appearance and Themes tabs from Display in Control Panel. When this tweak is enabled, it removes the desktop color selection option from the Desktop tab. This tweak prevents users from using Control Panel to change the colors or color scheme of the desktop and windows.
Steps for applying this Tweak
- open your registry
- Go to one of the following location
- for changes to occur for current user
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\System
- For changes to occur for all users
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\System
- create or modify dword value called "NoDispAppearancePage"
- Set its value to 0 for disable or 1 to enable this tweak.
- restart window for setting to take effects
