This tweak will prevent the creation system restore check point before or after the installation of the software. When Software is install by default it creates a system restore check point.
Steps for applying this Tweak
- Open your Registry
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
- Create or modify dword called "LimitSystemRestoreCheckpointing"
- Set value as 0 to disable or as 1 to enable this tweak
- Restart windows or logoff for tweak to take effect
