Control panel is prominent place in windows where you have the major configuration wizards.  This tweak will Prevents Control.exe, the Control Panel executable file, from starting. As a result, users cannot start Control Panel or run any Control Panel programs. This tweak will   removes Control Panel from the Start menu, and removes the Control Panel folder from Windows Explorer. If users try to start a Control Panel program by using another method, a message appears explaining that a policy prevents the action.

Steps for applying this Tweak

• Open your Registry
• Go to one of the following location
  • For changes to occur for current user
    • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Explorer

  • For change to occur for all users
    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Explorer

• Create or Modify if exists dword value called "NoControlPanel"
• set value as 0 to disable Or 1 to Enable this Tweak.
• restart windows or logout for setting to take effect.
