Determines whether users must press the Ctrl+Alt+Del security attention sequence to log on to Windows If the value of this entry is 0, the Log On to Windows dialog box is displayed as soon as the system starts. The Windows splash screen bearing the Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to begin message is suppressed.

Steps for applying this Tweak
- Open your windows registry
- go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
- create or mofify the Dword value called "disablecad"
- set value as 0 to disable this tweak and 1 to enable this tweak.
- Restart windows for setting to take effects.
