Disable user from changing start menu

Start menu maintain list of items in which addition and deletion can be done by drag-and-drop facility. some Time this can be dangerous as it can remove important shortcut or add unwanted short cut. This tweak will Prevents users from using the drag-and-drop method to reorder or remove items on the Start menu. Also, it removes context menus from the Start menu.

Steps for applying this Tweak

• Open your Registry
• Go to one of the following location
  • For changes to occur for current user
    • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Explorer

  • For change to occur for all users
    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Policies\Explorer

• Create or Modify if exists Dword value called "NoChangeStartMenu"
• set value as 0 to disable Or 1 to Enable this Tweak.
• restart windows or logout for setting to take effect.
