When will I receive my activation code I have just ordered 1 Click Sweep?
As soon as you place your order you will automatically receive an email with your order confirmation and your activation details, so please make sure you have provided us with the correct Email address if you don't click 'HERE' and enter you email address to retrieve you order history which will have your activation code on it.
How long will it take to get my activation code once I have completed the secure-on-line order process?
As soon as you place the secure-on-line order, you will be emailed at the email address you have provided when you placed the order with the order confirmation also activation code.
I have placed an order and I have not received my activation code?
Please click 'HERE' for after purchase services and enter your email address and retrieve your order history or there may well be errors in your order form for example wrong email address, name, and address.
Please check and make sure that you have provided us with the correct information.
I have purchased 1 Click Sweep how ever the activation code is wrong?
Please make sure that you have typed in the correct activation code. There is no reason why the activation code would be wrong.
If you have miss placed or lost the activation code then we will be happy to re-issue your activation code just click 'HERE' for after purchase services.
If this does not help then please download 1 Click Sweep from 'HERE''.
Now that you have downloaded and installed the software, please double-click on the 1 Click Sweep It shortcut icon which is on your desktop.
(If you cannot see the icon on your desktop, then go to START and look in PROGRAM FILES for a folder called Secure PC Solutions - 1 Click Sweep. Open that folder and you'll see the "1 Click Sweep" icon) please click it.
1 Click Sweep It will load and display (enter key) or (buy now) or (try it), press (enter key) and a small box will appear asking for Serial name and Serial code.
This is where you have to input the serial number name (the name you gave when placing the order) and serial number (a series of letters and numbers).
Please carefully type or copy & paste the User name & Serial Number EXACTLY as shown in the email you have received when your are placed the order. This will unlock the software and it is ready to use.
I have a computer and also a laptop, will I have to pay for another activation code?
A single user activation code does cover you for more then one installation. How ever you can only use one computer at a time with 1 Click Sweep and no more then one at any one time.
I have just changed/ formatted/ replaced my hard drive. Will I have to repurchase the activation code?
No. If you have changed/ formatted/ replaced your hard drive or even bought a new computer you will not have to purchase another license for 1 Click Sweep unless your License has expired beyond the 365days of usage.
I have lost the activation code?

I have Ordered 1 Click Sweep with CD, but I don't know where is my "Activation Code"?
To get your activation code, click Here or after purchase services. Enter your email address and order no. Hit the submit button. On the next page that will follow, click on the receipt link below the serial numbers heading.
