No. As of now we do not provide support on phone.
Do you provide free technical support for 1 Click Fixer PLUS ?
We provide free technical support to all our customers and we will respond all technical support e-mails within 24 hours. Please note registered customers will always get priority. You can simply contact support HERE we will be more than happy to assist you.
I have forgot to use the Coupon can I use it now?
Once you have purchased 1 Click Fixer PLUS without the coupon we can not take a coupon after a purchase has been made.
I have purchased 1 Click Fixer PLUS and can I have it on CD?
We cannot supply a CD after purchase, although we do have plans in the near future.
I usually buy software that is provided in a CDROM. Do you provide a hard copy of 1 Click Fixer PLUS ?

I have ordered 1 Click Fixer PLUS with CD. But I have not yet received it.

How can I send the report for support using the Support Reporting Tool?
Go to "Start" > "All Programs" > "Secure PC Solutions" > "1 Click Fixer PLUS " > choose "Support".
- Enter your valid email address and write the description of the problem.
- Click "Send Report" button.
